Job Description

• Responsible for product and program management of a portfolio of solutions • Drive innovation and commercialization of products • Work closely with commercial business unit leaders • Ensure alignment, execution, and adoption of solutions • Define and track success metrics through OKRs • Monitor research and development of other organizations • Develop go-to-market strategy, value proposition and messaging • Provide feedback to leadership on the progress of innovation • Perform related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, product management, marketing or similar fields
Minimum of five (5) years related experience, such as lifecycle product management
Progressively responsible experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare
Superior research and analytical skills
Ability to utilize domain expertise to understand customer needs
Define and develop go-to-market strategies
Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects
Well organized with success in planning and managing multiple projects
Ability to assess changing conditions and customer needs
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
