• Provide executive-level advisory consulting to law firms and senior leadership, guiding adoption and optimization of Elite’s advisory services and supporting technologies • Serve as the senior advisory owner for assigned global customers, acting as the primary strategic interface and trusted advisor • Lead and govern enterprise and operational assessments, enabling customers to achieve business outcomes through effective use of Elite solutions • Define and own short- and long-term advisory roadmaps based on customer business requirements, ensuring alignment with product direction and service capabilities 2 • Act as a senior decision-making authority for change, release, and deployment activities impacting advisory services in production • Own service-level management for assigned advisory services, ensuring performance expectations are met and proactively communicated to stakeholders • Partner closely with Sales to shape advisory opportunities, support executive-level pursuits, and articulate differentiated value propositions • Collaborate with Product Management to influence feature readiness, prioritization, and release decisions affecting advisory services • Lead executive briefings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions to accelerate customer alignment and decision-making • Mentor and guide internal teams on enterprise advisory approaches and value-based customer engagement best practices • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.
