As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients reaching out to us concerning their real estate needs. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the home-selling process. Being knowledgeable about our services, products, and the real estate market is essential, as you will assist clients with their questions regarding offers and the selling process. Additionally, you will take on administrative duties that support our operations, ensuring a smooth workflow. Your role will not only involve direct communication with clients but will also require collaboration with different departments, making strong interpersonal skills a must. Responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
