As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with IRS rules and regulations, recording statements, and balancing ledgers for regular reports. The right candidate will be a proactive, knowledgeable 'doer' who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get to work as part of the team.

Job Requirements

  • Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance
  • Prepare and file tax returns
  • Enter accounting related information into business logs
  • Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy
  • Organize and update financial records
  • Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue
  • Perform monthly bank settlements
  • Prepare documentation for external auditors
  • Demonstrated Experience with Unanet
  • Demonstrated Experience with QuickBooks Online
  • US Citizenship Required
