• Develop creative ways to increase the company’s brand and profile on campus • Develop strong campus relationships with colleges and universities • Work with existing marketing, university, and social media teams • Support company-wide Talent Outreach initiatives • Coordinate and attend all campus site visits, job fairs, and speaking events • Responsible for recruitment of interns, co-ops, and recent graduates • Develop annual Strategic Recruiting Plan • Source, screen, interview, evaluate and present candidates to move forward
