• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for government contracted roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified and cleared candidates through job boards, sourcing, referrals, social media, and networking • Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience from start to finish • Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements • Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
