• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, including software engineering, product, sales, marketing, and post-sales, across multiple regions. • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear hiring strategy for each role. • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding. • Drive offer management and ensure a seamless candidate-to-hire process.
