Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the Financial Services industry with recruiting financial advisors with successful practices
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with a “marketer’s mindset” - understands prospect online behaviors, selection methods and techniques such as using social media and other marketing channels for attraction
- Ability to manage a high-volume goal driven environment, sometimes with conflicting priorities
- Strong relationship building, partnering, interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Securities licensing preferred but not required
- Ability to travel (25%)
