Job Description

• Assist in managing national accounts, ensuring client needs are met and sales are completed in a timely manner • Monitor asset progress, identify potential risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. • Coordinate buyer pickup appointments, working closely with site contacts and buyers to ensure timely and accurate scheduling. • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience in an office environment, preferably supporting operations or sales teams.
  • Exposure to industrial or heavy equipment industry preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Comfortable navigating internal systems and databases.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in time-sensitive situations.
  • Ability to identify and communicate potential issues promptly.
  • Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
