Job Description

• Serve as the overall relationship manager for the client and be responsible for retention of existing client revenue • Lead the client value strategy, navigating the C-suite and other business leaders to ensure the client is maximizing the relationship • Identify sales opportunities and engage with the sales team to partner on securing client growth • Responsible for meeting regularly with the C-Suite to align with the strategy and goals of the client organization • Demonstrate deep knowledge of client and develop recommendations based on clients’ business needs and usage patterns • Work cross functionally across Press Ganey to fulfill on client value proposition and address client needs/concerns • Provide market insights and strategic advice

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of account management / sales / consulting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, listening, and presentations skills
  • Solid working knowledge of strategic planning, execution of strategy, business development and sales
  • Demonstrated solid leadership qualities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Flexible to work weekends and holidays with the possibility to flex hours depending on business needs
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of prior relevant experience
