• Develop, implement, and maintain a clear execution and delivery schedule for the supplier's products, in partnership with the supplier (Often working with a supplier's Program Manager and Executive Leadership Team). • Communicate status (challenges, actions, owners, needs) at various levels within both Raytheon and the supplier. • Drive closure of actions that are owned by Raytheon by building relationships. • Drive closure of actions at the supplier by gaining trust and clearly communicating Raytheon priorities. • Develop and implement supplier strategies, while partnering to meet customer needs. Includes: Savings Opportunities, GMRE assessment, Risk and Opportunity Analysis, Supplier Performance, and Emerging Technologies. • Collaborate cross functionally to establish a "Grow, Maintain, Reduce, Exit (GMRE)” supplier strategy with detailed execution plans. • Identify capacity and manufacturing improvements through supplier investment opportunities to position the CCA supplier(s) and Raytheon for additional business opportunities.
