Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive product management leadership experience, preferably in healthcare software, digital health, payer technology, or clinical workflow platforms.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience leading large product portfolios and teams.
- Experience driving enterprise transformation initiatives and scaling product organizations.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare payer ecosystem, including utilization management, care management, care coordination, population health, and member engagement workflows.
- Experience with SaaS delivery models, modern cloud platforms, data analytics, interoperability (FHIR, HL7, APIs), and regulatory frameworks (CMS, NCQA, HEDIS, etc.).
- Proven ability to partner with engineering leaders to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence across internal leadership, customers, and external stakeholders.
