Job Description

• The NetSuite Senior Administrator / Solution Architect is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and architectural design of the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring alignment with financial, operational, and enterprise business requirements. • This role serves as the primary NetSuite expert and trusted partner to the CFO organization, supporting stakeholders from executive leadership to day-to-day accounting users. • The position leads NetSuite solution design and optimization across core financial modules, ensuring scalable architecture, strong governance, and seamless integration with related enterprise systems. • Close collaboration with Finance, IT, and Enterprise Applications teams is essential to deliver reliable, compliant, and efficient financial systems. • All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other regulations, as appropriate.

Job Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
10+ years of professional experience supporting ERP or financial systems
7+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
Strong functional expertise in GL, AR, AP, and SuiteBilling
Demonstrated experience configuring NetSuite workflows, saved searches, roles, and financial processes
Strong understanding of accounting operations and financial reporting
Experience partnering with senior finance leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate them into well-defined solutions
