• Partner with Sales to support new business pursuits, expansions, and renewals • Lead solution design for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals • Participate in client discovery sessions to understand current state operations, pain points, and success criteria • Present proposed solutions to prospective clients and respond to solution related questions • Define the end to end RCM service model, including scope of services, workflows, handoffs, and governance • Partner with Finance and Pricing to develop pricing models (input, output and value based) • Own the solution content of RFP responses
