Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing programs within complex organizational structures and engaging multiple stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global and regional teams across time zones and cultures.
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Track record of proactively identifying risks, surfacing issues early, and implementing practical, effective mitigation strategies.
- High level of organizational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
