This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel required for client site visits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce management systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Job Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for WorkForce Software implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and client stakeholders. Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes. Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams. Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
