Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with at least one major iPaaS platform (e.g., Workato, Dell Boomi, Tray.io)
- Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations, APIs, and asynchronous workflows
- Deep familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce or Sugar CRM, Jira, and customer support or success tools
- Strong knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML, CSV), and SQL for data analysis and validation
- Proven ability to debug complex integration workflows and manage failure scenarios
- Ability to create clear technical diagrams (UML or similar) and operational documentation
- Comfortable collaborating across functions and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
