• Support the on-site execution of hydro turbine and generator projects • Manage scope by planning, organizing, and supervising the field team • Work closely with the project planner • Manage actual and forecasted costs • Work with a cross-functional project team • Prepare the project site prior to field-team mobilization • Actively participate in design processes and the development of new lessons learned • Manage site documentation
