Job Description

• Engage prospective and current members through inbound/outbound calls • Own and execute assigned acquisition, retention, and recovery campaigns • Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce • Actively participate in team discussions for process improvement • Deliver consistent, professional interactions by following established workflows • Support campaign pilots and strategic initiatives • Meet or exceed defined performance metrics

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of one (1) year of successful sales or customer service experience
Experience working with seniors a plus
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Familiarity with Medicare Advantage basics
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare privacy regulations
Able and willing to travel up to 25% of the time for local, regional, or national team meetings.
Spoken and written fluency in English; bilingual a plus
