Job Description

• Build the overall enterprise talent management roadmap in partnership with HRBPs • Drive integration and coordination across all recurring and new talent management initiatives • Leverage external and internal research to drive experimentation and new approaches • Apply design thinking to improve talent management programs at Dropbox • Lead talent management projects from planning to delivery • Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners across the People team • Influence and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders using thoughtful change management approaches • Interface with the People Technology team to improve processes through tech innovation • Work with the People Analytics team to understand talent trends and measure effectiveness of talent management programs • Own people management for direct reports, including onboarding, performance management, and growth planning

Job Requirements

University degree (BA/BS)
8+ years of experience in talent management or organizational development at a global, dynamic company and/or a leading management consulting firm
A minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience
Experience in performance management including talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, career frameworks and pathways, skills inventories and internal mobility, ideally within Workday
Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to flex between big picture strategic planning and in the weeds program execution excellence
Deep project management and execution experience with extraordinary attention to detail and exceptional data skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence
Experience with talent management tools and Workday, and frequent use of AI to scale productivity and improve workflows
Strong MS Excel and GSuite skills (GSheets, Google Slides)
