• Own project delivery end-to-end: Lead planning, execution, and delivery across the full project lifecycle—from kickoff through go-live and beyond. • Drive fast, iterative cycles: Structure work into small, shippable increments aligned with VBT's 8–12 week delivery model. • Prioritize ruthlessly. • Manage multiple workstreams: Context-switch effectively across clients and projects while maintaining quality and visibility on all fronts. • Partner with Project Partners and clients: Align on scope, priorities, and trade-offs. • Translate business needs into actionable plans for delivery teams. • Keep delivery teams unblocked: Anticipate risks, surface blockers early, and take action to keep engineers and designers focused on high-value work. • Use AI tools as a force multiplier: Leverage ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to accelerate your own workflows—planning, documentation, communication, analysis. • Own project financials: Track budgets, hours, and resource utilization. Flag deviations early and adjust plans accordingly. • Communicate with clarity and urgency: Set expectations, escalate appropriately, and keep stakeholders informed without noise. • Adapt process to context: Apply agile principles pragmatically—not by the book, but in service of outcomes.
