• Lead and mentor a team of clinicians and RNs to ensure high-quality clinical care • Monitor performance and maintain regulatory compliance • Serve as primary escalation point for clinician and RN team issues • Ensure adherence to internal policies and quality standards • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of clinical staff • Support career development and retention through regular 1:1 check-ins and personalized coaching • Manage PTO and clinician scheduling in collaboration with Clinical Operations team • Develop and update policies related to clinical team personnel
