Job Description
• Lead the development effort within their workstream
• Recommend technical designs and develop solutions for complex user stories
• Assign user stories to mid-level developers and system administrators and provide guidance as needed
• Work independently on assigned tasks for the end-to-end ServiceNow implementation for the client
• Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Conduct workshops with clients to articulate the value of ServiceNow solutions and solicit feedback
• Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to stakeholders
• Manage platform and infrastructure to ensure smooth operation of Project and Portfolio Management processes
• Collaborate with functional teams and lead technical solution design sessions for designated work area(s)
• Contribute to process improvement and documentation
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of IT software consulting experience
- 3-5 years specifically in ServiceNow implementations
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- In-depth knowledge of Project and Portfolio Management and Strategic Portfolio Management concepts and best practices
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Required active public trust clearance from DHS
- US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administration
- 5+ years of experience
- Highly desired: Hands-on experience implementing or configuring ServiceNow AI capabilities—including Now Assist, predictive intelligence, agentic solutions, and machine-learning–driven workflows is a strong plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
