• Own and innovate the education services technology architecture (learning and certification management, e-commerce website, CRM, business analytics, training surveys, helpdesk ticketing) • Serve as business sponsor on IT projects dependent on global Veeva systems (LMS, CRM, business intelligence, SSO); prioritize, track requirements, and implement scalable features • Develop analytic dashboards (using Sigma) and reports (in CRM and Excel) to measure KPIs and impact; track monthly progress against annual targets • Partner with global teams to understand and diagnose new business requirements, regional needs, and operational readiness for training and certification • Develop, implement, and evolve processes, frameworks, and tools that support growth • Oversee projects with accuracy, transparency, and commitment to deadlines • Manage contracts, budgets, and vendors • Oversee go-to-market activity for new education offerings and partner on operational integration into packaged offerings • Build quarterly training delivery schedules to meet revenue commitments • Ensure compliance with Veeva policies, customer contracts, and legal requirements • Manage a global team of systems and process experts and training coordinators; attract and hire as necessary • Foster a collaborative, accountable, results-oriented team environment and serve as an ambassador for Education Services
