• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. • Manage employee relations matters, providing coaching, conflict resolution support, and policy guidance. • Administer and process payroll accurately and on schedule. • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures; ensure organization wide understanding. • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations. • Support compensation reviews ensuring internal equity. • Administer employee benefits programs and collaborate with external vendors. • Manage and maintain HRIS data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Support organizational learning, development, and DEIA initiatives. • Foster a positive and inclusive staff culture by coordinating staff retreats and planning events.
