Job Description

• Grow new, prospective Trimble AECO software customer accounts and assist growing current customer accounts when needed • Prospect and develop new leads in the Enterprise space, discover needs and uncover pain points • Demonstrate how Trimble can address prospects' critical business needs and guide prospects end-to-end through their buying process • Work collaboratively with Product Sales Executives, Sales Engineers, and the Customer Account team to cross-sell ERP products to non-ERP customers • Find, research, develop, and close leads/prospects for Trimble AECO software subscription products • Build instant rapport and relationships by identifying and converting new sales targets • Communicate with prospective customers via outbound calls and lead follow-up • Constantly build pipeline by understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities • Keep up with product information, enhancements, and industry updates through collaboration with product sales executives and marketing • Research, develop, and maintain long- and short-range sales and territory plans • Close sales and achieve sales targets (quota) • Travel within the United States and/or Canada up to 50% as required

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience successfully selling SaaS solutions
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota of more than $1M.
  • Exemplary presentation and communication across all levels of an organization.
  • Advanced selling capability that showcases your commitment to strategy, customer relations, negotiation and ability to close.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products.
  • Priority will be given to applicants with prior construction industry experience and/or SaaS sales within the construction industry.
  • Excellent negotiating and closing skills with customers/prospects as well as with internal resources
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the United States and/or Canada up to 50% of the time with an average of +/- 20%.
  • High-energy Sales Professional with strong sales skills, business acumen, and solid technical aptitude
  • Job Location: Remote US (prefer Western and Central US)
