Job Description

• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities (Pipeline Management) • Meticulously manage the sales process from qualification to close (Deal Execution) • Establish and foster community within the HR space by creating relationships and attending/organizing events • Attend and host events (dinners, conferences, happy hours, virtual events) to connect with prospects • Continuously generate pipeline through outreach and creative techniques • Create outstanding first impressions as prospects' initial point of contact (Represent our Brand) • Contribute to sales strategy and evolve Mento's GTM playbook • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, coaching, and other teammates • Experiment with new techniques and practices to drive growth

Job Requirements

  • You are based San Francisco Bay Area and have a strong network there
  • 2+ years experience as an account executive
  • High performer with a record of consistent quota attainment
  • Detail-oriented and able to run a tight sales process
  • Results driven and relentless about hitting your numbers
  • Highly ambitious and set big goals for yourself
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured, startup environment
  • Experience working within a modern Sales tech stack (AI tools, Hubspot, Sales Nav, Clay, Notion, Slack, etc.)
  • Believe in and have experienced the power of coaching and mentorship
