• Support Johns Hopkins University and Medicine for all affiliations (faculty, staff, students, administrative departments) for enterprise email and related infrastructure • Design complex infrastructure and email-related solutions that conform to institutional policies and best practices • Install, configure, and maintain complex server hardware, operating systems, and infrastructure applications on Windows and Linux • Implement and manage system backups, archives, and recovery processes • Provide complex server-level administration, monitoring, tuning, maintenance, upgrades, patches, and incident response • Develop complex scripts and automation to improve systems management and service processes • Perform complex system software upgrades including planning, testing, and coordination • Design and integrate security authorization and access control; audit user access and authorization • Generate and maintain system-specific performance, integrity, and capacity reports • Participate in project collaboration and full project lifecycle: change management, RFP development, vendor evaluation, testing, and documentation • Lead and support email-related projects: migrations, upgrades, integrations; develop documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and training for junior staff • Provide some ticket-based support and input for internal roadmap planning and infrastructure decisions
