Job Description

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for Rhythm360® and other RhythmScience products. • Identify and engage key decision-makers in hospitals, health systems, and cardiology practices. • Drive new business opportunities through prospecting, product presentations, and closing deals with healthcare providers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. • Provide ongoing product education and support to help clients maximize the value of RhythmScience solutions. • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and effective resource allocation. • Regularly report on territory performance, sales activity, and market trends to leadership. • Work closely with marketing, product, and clinical teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and customer needs. • Provide customer feedback to internal teams, contributing to product development and marketing strategies. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that could impact sales.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare technology, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a defined territory.
  • Experience selling to healthcare providers, hospitals, and physician networks is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in cardiovascular care.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal supervision.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.
