• Work collaboratively with clients and provide technical solutions to clients on their eCommerce stores • Leads and manages new and or existing business, requiring an eCommerce store • Gathers business requirements, writes project scope and related documentation • Understand and clearly provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation • Manages project timelines, dependencies, and ensures projects launch on time and to specification • Supports platform configuration, setup, and testing • Reduce technical rework and manage client expectations • Maintain base knowledge of common eProcurement Integration processes, Google Analytics, and content management systems • Creates user stories with process and data flows while working with cross functional teams through execution and operational support • Develop roadmaps for an eCommerce store and understand the integration into larger strategy.
