Job Description

• Coordinates all aspects of the saw product line, from conception to sale. • Optimize and mine sales through industrial distributor channel partners. • Prospect, qualify, and develop new end-user customers in various industries. • Present, demonstrate, and sell The L.S. Starrett Company Saw portfolio. • Work independently or with distributor sales team to develop end-user customers. • Qualify customer needs and develop new sales opportunities. • Manage, develop, and grow sales by supporting distributor partners.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 3-6 years of proven technical sales experience.
  • Certification in any vocational training or sales training a plus.
  • Expertise in qualifying, developing and securing new customers through distribution and/or direct end-user channels.
  • Experience in the manufacturing / industrial segment or industry-related experience in product application is preferred.
  • Experienced in product testing, product application, and consultation.
  • Skills in prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, and influencing diverse decision makers.
  • Ability to accurately target and develop new business opportunities.
  • Candidate must be fluent in English.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
