Job Description

• Owns the strategy, execution, and results for NextGen’s RCM sales business. • Drives growth across RCM outsourcing, technology enabled services and automation. • Sets the standard for sales excellence, owning messaging, training, and performance. • Develops a high-impact sales team of 6 direct reports. • Leads and develops a team of 4–6 FSDs. • Establishes sales quotas, profit goals, and product mix expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master or MBA is a plus
  • 12+ years of experience in healthcare related sales
  • 5 years of recent management experience in a sales-driven environment
  • Exceptional knowledge of solutions portfolio and specialty markets, sales and marketing methodologies and practices
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Office Suite, and SharePoint
