Job Description
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, and customer support systems).
• Provide day-to-day Salesforce user support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and recommend improvements.
• Manage data imports, exports, and cleansing to maintain data integrity.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Assist in testing and deploying new Salesforce features, updates, and integrations.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system use and adoption.
• Communicate with internal teams to align Salesforce operations with business needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce, including integrations and support.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and data models.
- Experience with integration tools such as Zapier, MuleSoft, Workato, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration (user setup, profiles, roles, workflows, reports, dashboards).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Integration Architecture Designer) are a plus.
