• Serve as lead counsel in business litigation, including shareholder, partnership, commercial, and real estate disputes. • Oversee business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, partnership and shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts. • Develop, manage, and maintain strong client relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives. • Supervise, mentor, and grow a team of associates, paralegals, and support professionals within the division. • Partner with firm leadership on business development, operations, and growth strategy. • Collaborate with marketing and intake teams to ensure exceptional client service delivery. • Contribute to overall firm leadership and culture as a key member of the management team.
