Job Description

• Lead and manage complex patent litigation cases from initial assessment through trial and appeal. • Conduct depositions, motion practice, claim construction, and trial preparation. • Draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery responses with precision and strategy. • Collaborate with technical experts, clients, and cross-border legal teams. • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to strategic case development. • Provide a verifiable case list detailing prior litigation experience and personal contributions.

Job Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) and active U.S. attorney license.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of patent litigation experience in the U.S. (district court or ITC).
Ability to demonstrate hands-on experience through a detailed case list (including role and work performed).
Strong writing, advocacy, and analytical skills.
Preferred: USPTO Bar License (highly preferred).
Experience with Inter Partes Review (IPR) proceedings.
Prior work with global or cross-border IP litigation teams.
