Job Description

• Serve as the primary owner of Workday and all downstream integrations • Lead cross-functional Workday projects • Implement secure and scalable solutions • Help translate business requirements into system solutions • Drive Workday tenant management • Lead continuous improvement initiatives • Collaborate with internal partners to optimize employee lifecycle processes • Manage license structure and ensure compliance • Train, guide, and actively share knowledge across all team members

Job Requirements

8+ years of hands-on Workday technical experience
3+ years of team management
Proven expertise with Workday HCM, Talent, Learning, and Recruiting modules, including Reporting, Dashboards & Security
Deep knowledge of Workday’s integration frameworks, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs
Workday certifications in one or more relevant modules (e.g., HCM, Talent, Recruiting) preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
