Job Description
• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties
• Collaborate with Asset Management and Accounting Departments
• Engage in all aspects of property management
• Ensure financial performance of each asset
• Oversee property operations and tenant management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate property management
- Minimum of 2 years in retail property management required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- MRI and Nexus experience is a plus
