Job Description
• Onboard new customers, ensuring strong adoption
• Monitor health metrics and proactively address risks
• Maintain regular touchpoints with stakeholders
• Conduct virtual training sessions and share best practices
• Lead quarterly or semi-annual business reviews
• Partner with Account Management for renewals and growth
• Advocate for customers and provide feedback to internal teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues
• Help create and standardize customer success best practices
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Background in SaaS or technology, managing customer accounts ranging from $10K-$100K ARR
- Passion for understanding customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using data to track customer health
