• Assist in the design, building, and deployment of Custom GPTs, leveraging internal data, brand guidelines, and specific requirements from our marketing and research teams. • Develop, test, and document highly effective prompts and repeatable workflows to maximize the accuracy and usability of the AI tools you build. • Continuously test the performance of deployed AI tools and gather user feedback to identify bugs and drive iterative improvements. • Work directly with the marketing team to apply AI tools to critical tasks, including drafting ad copy variations, brainstorming social media content ideas, and summarizing campaign reports. • Support research efforts by utilizing AI tools to analyze and quickly surface key themes and insights from large volumes of qualitative data (e.g., customer surveys, reviews, and market feedback). • Assist in conducting AI-powered competitor and market research to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
