• Lead design across the full lifecycle — discovery, definition, prototyping, and delivery • Synthesize user research data to uncover opportunities and shape product direction • Create high-fidelity user flows and prototypes to test and validate ideas quickly • Collaborate daily with Engineers and Product Managers to ensure designs are feasible and executed to spec • Use AI-driven discovery tools to accelerate ideation, pattern recognition, and concept generation • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products • Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and build alignment through storytelling • Mentor and collaborate with other designers, raising the standard of design excellence • Advocate for the user while balancing technical, regulatory, and business constraints
