• Design stable, reusable, and scalable end-to-end RPA and intelligent automation solutions using the UiPath platform, ensuring they align with organizational best practices. • Lead process optimization and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business analysts to define and document the scope of automation. • Oversee the development and maintain comprehensive solution design documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Process Definition Documents (PDD). • Consult and provide expert guidance on implementing RPA technologies, techniques, and processes to transform and enhance current business operations. • Orchestrate and manage UiPath Orchestrator components, including robots, schedules, configuration files, assets, and queues. • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers and analysts, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to quality standards and development methodologies. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into technical requirements to help establish and scale their automation capabilities. • Stay current with the latest advancements in UiPath and RPA to identify opportunities for innovation.
