Job Description
• Lead the charge in expanding Relay Robotics' footprint within hospitals and health systems.
• Identify and secure new business, expanding relationships within existing accounts.
• Develop winning strategies that position Relay as the partner of choice for service robots.
• Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer requirements and showcase Relay’s value propositions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of solution sales experience in hospital settings.
- Proven success in selling complex solutions and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong track record of relationship building, pipeline development, and closing high-value deals.
- Ability to quickly understand technical aspects of Relay’s products and translate them into customer value.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—a self-starter who thrives in fast-growing, evolving environments.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
