Job Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for healthcare providers, focusing on growth and market penetration.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare organizations, ensuring open communication and alignment on objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and implement campaigns that effectively promote our services to healthcare providers.
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators, regularly reporting results to executive leadership and adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Requirements:**
  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare provider space.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and key players within the provider space.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Professional qualifications in healthcare management or related fields are preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for driving change and innovation within the healthcare sector.
