Job Description

• Recruit, coach, and retain top-tier enterprise sellers • Build a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and execution • Drive pipeline creation across outbound, inbound, and partner channels • Lead with data—forecast accurately, manage KPIs, and optimize performance • Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, tools, and enablement • Champion change and foster a culture of continuous improvement • Hire and develop frontline leaders who model excellence • Recruit and retain sellers who can generate and close enterprise business • Implement scalable, repeatable sales motions • Lead the team to deliver on critical performance areas: large deal motion, sales enablement, and strategic partnerships

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including 4+ years in outbound sales and 5+ years in SaaS
  • Proven success in building and scaling enterprise sales teams
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience leading turnaround or high-growth sales environments
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-related field
