Job Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing sourcing team across Business and Technical pipelines • Establish clear goals and metrics that support scalable team performance • Design and optimize end-to-end sourcing workflows that improve speed and efficiency while maintaining a high candidate bar • Build scalable sourcing systems, including tools, processes, dashboards, and operating rhythms that support predictable hiring at scale • Collaborate with Recruiting Managers to prioritize critical roles and adjust top-of-funnel strategies as business needs change • Partner with your team to diagnose root causes of top-of-funnel challenges

Job Requirements

Have 5+ years of recruiting / sourcing / operations experience, including 2+ years managing a team
Have experience within both business and technical recruiting, and understand the nuances of building pipelines across multiple functions
Excel at people leadership, building teams, developing others, and raising performance standards through coaching and clear expectations
Have a track record of building or improving sourcing workflows, systems, or operational frameworks
Are highly skilled in pipeline strategy, sourcing methodologies, search techniques, and modern sourcing tools/tech
