Job Description

• Find recruiting freelancing, contract, or project-based opportunities. • Partner with us to close and do good fitting recruiting opportunities. • Handle various recruiting projects which could be short term (2-4 weeks but could extend) and part time (10-25 hours a week) or long term (3+ months) and full time. • All opportunities are remote.

Job Requirements

Desire to partner with another company to find freelancing, project-based or contract recruiting opportunities.
Must have a marketable resume showing solid recruiting experience for the last 3+ years.
Solid sourcing and screening skills.
Must have the skill to work with a new client or hiring manager, listen to their needs, and come up with solutions to meet their recruiting needs.
Versatile recruiter with experience in various industries and fields (e.g. sales recruiting, technical recruiter, high volume recruiting, etc).
Strong ability to work with new clients or hiring managers, listen to their needs, and close deals in a timely manner.
Ability to work on multiple recruiting projects at a time if desired.
Access to their own job boards and resources to find candidates is helpful.
Startup Recruiting and Technical Recruiting experience is ideal.
