Job Description

• Own one of our most strategic frontiers: connecting our AI Agent to the systems that power real customer interactions. • Lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution of integrations with CCaaS platforms to deliver an omnichannel experience and enable human-AI collaboration at enterprise scale. • Work closely with engineering, GTM, solution architecture, customer executives, and platform partners. • Push the frontier of AI-first integration by leveraging emerging protocols like MCP to radically accelerate how Forward Deployed Engineers connect Cresta to core systems across key verticals. • 10x our speed to integrate, and directly shape Cresta’s competitive advantage.

Job Requirements

Prior working experience in a technical capacity (e.g., Software Engineer / Solutions Architect) or a technical educational background (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering). Willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the technical details.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, effectively coordinating multiple internal and external technical teams.
Working experience in product management, specifically leading technical products from conception through launch (ideally at a SaaS company).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of success in customer-facing roles, including presentations and technical discussions with executives.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Sales), customers, and technology partners.
A proactive, ownership mindset—comfortable working with ambiguity and autonomy at a fast pace.
