Job Description
• Coach Onboarding Architects on live customer deployments
• Maintain situational awareness of Engineer projects and milestones
• Spot risks to adoption quickly and coach Engineers through tactical fixes
• Uphold accuracy and rigor in onboarding playbooks
• Run group and 1:1 training sessions
• Guide Engineers on validating secure deployments and driving early customer success
• Set the tone daily with responsiveness and accountability
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in coaching and technical leadership
- Strong understanding of onboarding processes and customer success strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to diagnose and intervene on technical issues
- Familiarity with deployment processes and project management
