Job Description

• Guide customers through the onboarding process from contract signing through core connection to implementation kickoff • Become a leading expert in all MANTL products and a trusted advisor to clients • Work with customers to establish core connectivity, confirming implementation scope and timeline expectations • Gather sample data required by technical teams • Enroll customers in MANTL Foundations • Collaborate with MANTL’s implementation partners to streamline external processes • Work closely with Implementation, Sales, and Account Management teams to ensure successful completion of internal processes

Job Requirements

3-5 years in a client-facing role
Experience interfacing with customer-facing teams
Technical aptitude to learn quickly and rapidly build product knowledge
An understanding of VPNs, web applications (e.g. json, xml, etc), and web services API's (e.g. SOAP, REST, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internal and client-facing, with an ability to translate technical requirements into language that is understandable and digestible by different audiences
Prior experience as an implementation project manager or similar role (Preferred)
JIRA and Monday proficiency or similar project management softwares (Preferred)
Prior experience at a FinTech company or other industry subject to regulations (Preferred)
Enterprise SaaS experience (Preferred)
