• Build modern, cloud-native backend services using .NET 10 and C# • Design and develop robust APIs, microservices, and domain-driven components • Implement event-driven and distributed systems for mission-critical workflows • Optimize services for performance, reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance • Implement services using Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus/Event Grid, Cosmos DB, SQL, Key Vault, and distributed caching • Contribute to designing secure, multi-tenant architectures • Improve end-to-end monitoring, telemetry, and observability • Implement secure-by-default patterns suitable for HIPAA/HITRUST workloads • Work with PHI/PII data handling standards, encryption, auditing, and compliance • Partner with the compliance team to ensure systems support audit-readiness • Build scalable data pipelines and workflows that power nutrient modeling, diagnostics, and personalization • Integrate with labs, diagnostic systems, wearables, EHRs (FHIR/HL7), and third-party health APIs • Contribute to structuring Youtopia’s long-term health data platform and data lake • Work closely with Front-End, Platform, DevOps, Compliance, and Product teams • Participate in architecture reviews and drive engineering best practices • Ship high-quality code quickly in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment
